CelloPure V

Affinity Chromatography Media

CelloPure V

Introduction

An affinity chromatography media grafted with a high molecular weight dextran sulfate ligand, mimic as a Heparin ligand and using for removal or purification of viral prticles. High molecular weight Dextran sulfate is a sulfate easter of the natural polysaccharide dextran where the sulfate esters are synthetically modified and acted like heparin. This resin can act as a strong cation exchange resin. We developed a new chromatography media, namely CelloPure V, highly cross-linked cellulose beads grafted with high molecular weight dextran sulfate for viral and VLP capture and purification. The new spherical bead’s structure is resistant to base CIP and can be operated under high flow modes with minimal back pressure.
