Overview

GMP- compliant CD28 Beads are uniform, magnetic particles coated with high-affinity monoclonal anti-human CD28. These beads are designed to provide a potent co-stimulatory signal to human T cells when used in combination with CD3 stimulation.

Role:

CD28 is an essential co-stimulatory molecule required for full T-cell activation. When paired with CD3 stimulation, CD28 engagement boosts IL-2 production, enhances proliferation, and improves T-cell survival.
