Overview

Our GMP grade Recombinant Human Interferon-Gamma (IFNγ) is a critical cytokine in innate and adaptive immunity, playing a central role in activating macrophages, enhancing antigen presentation, and promoting Th1 immune responses. This biologically active recombinant IFNγ is produced in E.Coli

  • Sterility: Free from mycoplasma, bacterial and viral contamination.

  • Reconstitution: Recommended in sterile water or 0.1% PBS
  • Storage: Store at 2-8°C (lyophilized) and –20°C after reconstitution.

Role:

IFNγ is a type II interferon primarily secreted by activated T cells and NK cells. It enhances MHC class I and II expression, promotes antigen presentation, and orchestrates macrophage activation.
