Our GMP grade Recombinant Human Interleukin-15 (IL-15) is a potent immunomodulatory cytokine essential for the development, survival, and activation of T-cells and natural killer (NK) cells. This protein is produced in E.Coli

  • Residual Host Cell DNA: <10 ng/mg (validated qPCR method)
  • Sterility: Free from mycoplasma, bacterial and viral contamination.
  • Formulation: Lyophilized powder, carrier-free
  • Reconstitution: Recommended in sterile water or 0.1% PBS
  • Storage: Store at 2-8°C (lyophilized) and –20°C after reconstitution.
  • Shelf Life: 24 months.

Role:

IL-15 is structurally and functionally related to IL-2, sharing receptor subunits but exerting distinct biological effects. It supports the proliferation and activation of CD8⁺ memory T-cells and NK cells, enhances cytotoxic function, and promotes immune homeostasis.
